There's a version of your business that's twice as profitable. I'll get you there for free.*
* Alright, not quite free. I take a share of the growth in profit I create, money that wasn't going to exist. If I don't create it, I don't get paid.
Book a private growth callYou're not struggling.
That's exactly the problem.
Same product, same market, same you. The bigger version of this business is already sitting there, and something keeps holding you one floor below it.
Everything looks healthy
Real product, real customers, real revenue. Ads are running and doing fine. If someone asked, you'd say business is good.
But "good" is the problem
You didn't build this to be good. You built it because you believed it could be epic. Somewhere along the way it stopped climbing and settled.
And you can't work out why
You've hired agencies. Media buyers. They ran the ads and sent the reports, and the business stayed about the same size.
The limit isn't your budget.
It's the setup.
Turn spend up tomorrow with what you've got now and your cost per lead climbs, margins thin out, and each extra dollar brings back less than the one before. So you stop, and you're back where you started.
Your current setup can only absorb so much traffic before the numbers stop working.
The growth you haven't reached is in the offer, funnel, copy and creative, plus everything that happens after the sale.
Fix those and you make more money instantly. Then spending more actually makes you more.
I don't manage your ad account.
I take over the whole machine that turns a stranger into profit.
Six parts. I do them myself. Not a junior, not a template, not a Monday report.
The offer
Often where the fastest growth is. A missing price point, weak positioning, no premium option, nothing to buy next. We make sure you're helping people at a high level and being financially rewarded for it.
The copy
I write it myself. Webinars, VSLs, follow up sequences, emails, ad scripts. Direct response is what I'm best at, and better copy on its own usually brings a big bump in sales.
The funnel, front and back
The front end gets the most new customers out of every dollar of traffic. The back end increases what each customer is worth after they buy.
The creative
As many image and video ads as the campaigns need, including the editing. Right now, the volume and quality of your creative can make or break a campaign.
Every point of conversion
From stopping the scroll, to landing page conversion, to the sale itself. A typical campaign has at least 7 points of optimisation. If yours doesn't, it probably should.
The media buying
Run or overseen by me, with one rule: optimise for profit, not dashboard numbers like ROAS. Part of the job is knowing exactly how far to push spend before it stops being worth it.
Polaris is the North Star.
It's the one star that doesn't move. For thousands of years, sailors crossing open ocean with no land in sight found it, and steered by it. Everything else in the sky shifts. Polaris holds still.
The number I steer by is your profit. Not revenue. Not ROAS. Not anything that looks good in a report. The actual dollars you keep. Everything else is just how we get there.
"Put it all together and the machine gets good enough to absorb far more traffic profitably. The ceiling lifts."
Not ten percent lifts.
Seven and eight figures added to the bottom line.
Different niches, different price points, same job every time: finding the growth that was already there and getting to it.
Over $50 Million In Ad Spend,
You Learn Some Things...
Spending at that level doesn't just make you bigger. It buys you access, and it buys you answers. Here's what that access actually looked like.
We were big enough that Meta assigned us their own people
Running acquisition for the fourth largest advertiser on Facebook in Australia meant two high level Meta reps were assigned to us. Between the two of them, they looked after six clients in total. We were one of the six.
That meant a call every single week, and both of them on speed dial whenever we needed anything. Think about the insight you pick up over months of that, from people who can see the platform from the inside.
A line to the engineers who build the platform
Because we spent at that level, our reps would set up ad hoc calls between our team and senior Meta staff in the US, people who understand the inner workings of the ad platform better than almost anyone alive.
What's really working, straight from the source. You cannot buy that access.
Split tests most companies could never run
At $100,000 a day, a single split test can cost over $600,000 and still return a clear answer in under a week. Offers, copy, creative, funnels, tested the whole way across more than $50 million in spend.
That much money, tested that carefully, teaches you what actually works in a way nothing else can.
Eight figure businesses, built more than once
Most people never build one. I've done it several times, in different niches at different price points, and without wrecking the margin on the way up.
The pattern repeats. Knowing what it looks like early is most of the job.
Very few marketers have any of this, and fewer still have all of it.
That's what you get access to.
I get paid one way only.
A share of the growth in profit I create, measured against where your business was already heading without me.
You take the risk
- A retainer on your books every month, whether it works or not
- You pay for their time, not your results
- They run the ads and send a report on Monday
- Optimised for dashboard metrics that look good
- If nothing grows, they still got paid
I take the risk
- No retainer. Not a reduced one. None.
- No fee for my time. Nothing up front.
- Months of work rebuilding your offer, funnels, copy and creative before I've earned a cent
- Optimised for the dollars you actually keep
- If I don't grow your business, I don't make a single cent
I'm willing to earn nothing if I can't grow your business.
That should tell you how confident I am that I can.
Because I'm paid on results,
the numbers have to work for both of us.
This is for you if
- You run direct response advertising: webinars, VSLs, sales funnels, lead gen, courses, coaching, info products
- You're already spending on ads and open to spending more when the numbers make sense
- There's real room to grow. I need to be able to add at least $1M to your bottom line
- You'd rather reinvest profits you've already seen land than spend on blind faith
Probably not if
- You're running brand awareness ads you can't tie back to a dollar
- You want someone to just manage the ad account and leave the rest alone
- There isn't a realistic path to seven figures of added profit
- You're not yet at $1M and have nothing extra to put into ads even when the numbers work
I can only work with a few businesses at a time
Because I only get paid on results, I can't take on many clients, only the ones where I can clearly see the growth to go after. If you're reading this, it means I'm currently taking on clients.
If you can see the gap between the business you have and the business it could be
And you want someone who only gets paid for closing it, let's talk. We'll go through your numbers together, and I'll tell you honestly whether I think I can add seven figures to your bottom line.
Book a callWe go through your numbers
Spend, funnel, offer, back end. Where the money is actually going and where it's leaking.
I tell you honestly
If I think I can add seven figures, I'll show you roughly how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too.
You risk nothing either way
No retainer, no fee for my time. If the business doesn't grow, you pay nothing.
